Oil recommendation for SW20 Turbo
I’m not the most mechanically experienced but was wondering what oil people would recommend for an SW20 turbo? Currently use fully synthetic 5w-40. Cheers.

If it doesn't use any between changes, keep on using it.
3SGTEs are old tech and usually need something a little thicker. The factory says 10w30 or 10w40. Main thing is to change it regularly. I personally changed every 5000km along with a new genuine Toyota filter, or before any track time. Managed to get oil changes down under 10 minutes because I'd be doing them once a month before race day.
