3SGTE wont start
Hi Car was driving ok , then I removed the gearbox and rplaced the clutch , now I have spark , but no fuel, and when diagnostic plug is jumped from B+ to FP , still no fuel pump, have jumped pump directly to 12v ,and it works ok

Does it turn over at all? Check that you've definitely reattached all your earths and your fuses are still good.

Which 3SGTE are we talking about? GEN2, 3, 4 or 5? Is it a swap or factory GT/GT-S/Turbo?
Spark means the ECU has power, the engine is seeing signals it needs to do this.
The fuel pump is controlled through a relay that is controlled by the key during initial start up then the ECU controls the relay once it sees the engine is running. Does the pump run when you turn the key to START? You can disconnect the starter relay to make it easier to determine.
The FP and +B may not work if it's been a swap as it's not a direct plug and play for some set ups.
The gearbox has a large ground strap that it needs to complete the circuit for almost all engine functions.
