Managed to get this installed yesterday, very happy how they turned but it was a real pain to get in the tight space. Once finished, have started on getting the handbrake parts installed as well, just the beginning.

Installed the Wilwood Brake Proportioning kit to go with my Wilwood Big Brake Kit (not installed yet), kit was purchased from Alex Wilhelm:

Removing the OEM stuff off the master cylinder and start of re-assembly:

There is one hose that does not fit (a bit short as this kit is designed for the LHD SW20 MR2s), but was easy to get a longer line through ENZED. The hose needs to be around 40mm longer, but could only get one that around 60mm longer.

Received my 2 packs of concentric rings for the car, one set for the hub to the wheel spacer and the other for the wheel spacer to the Advan rims

Kit purchased from Whiteline, pretty nifty kit and easy as to install

Since we are going with the larger rims, we had to ensure that the seam (inner guard and the outer guard) that runs in the inner arch of the wheel well, has to be flattened so that it does not cut into the tires.
This is before we started the mod:

This is when we took a sledge hammer to the seam and once it has as flat as we could get it, applied a pile of underbody seal to seal the exposed metal:

A lot of time was spent in getting the bumper modified to clear the water to air intercooler. I lost count on the number of times I installed the bumper then removed it to cut a little bit more off the bumper. Just did not want to chop a whole pile off and get it wrong, worked out really good though. We may be able to keep the fog lamps (left could be an issue), will have to wait and see once we start finalizing things. The bumper will be off to Danny for painting:

I was lucky that I could get a good set for the front out of the parts car. Installed them first before installing the Wilwood Big Brake Kit on the front. Cleaned up the sensors then applied new grease, hopefully stands up to time for another 30years:

Bought the full kit from MR2 Heaven, great Team to deal with:

Calipers & other items out of the kit:

Setting up the adapter on the hub, then installing the 330mm cross-drilled & slotted rotor then the wheel spacer that has the concentric ring installed so that it is centered on the hub:

Installed the caliper:

Installed the pads, easy as and only 1 bolt holding the pads in place:

Your build is very impressive, but getting an ABS sensor out without destroying it is the highlight.

Also getting wheels in that big nice

Looks like you could get wider under those fenders

Good luck turning the wheels past F1 lock spec haha. We can't really go any wider. It would make the car unusable. But you are right. Just dial out the camber!
