I'm back! And with the MRS this time 😂

Post by Mr-Paulio »

Hello all, I've been a bit recluse due to being super busy and also recovering from shoulder surgery!

Anyway, I came home the other week with these.....

Got one assembled and tried my luck at a WOF.

Only 2 small items to resolve. Although I may just do a full tidy up now that I know the bones are good and nothing major to worry about.

Which brings me to item number 1 I need for the wof. Both the headlights have broken mounts so they don't sit right. (Zipties didn't cut the mustard) I have one which is great condition.

Can anyone help me out with a matching 2nd for the driver's side??

I'd be very grateful! :D

Oh, and in case you're wondering. I still have the AW11. Ironed all the bugs out of the V6 Turbo set up and its running mint still. Just haven't done much else with it the past 12 months or so :D

Also, also..., I'll be parting the silver one soon. If you're after something let me know. Specifically, full manual swap and perhaps the engine. There won't be much else left as far as interior, exterior and lights go. But feel free to ask for what you need :D

Yahoo auction Japan via Buyee has always been good for me getting bits and pieces. There is a RH headlight there that looks the same https://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/n10 ... sotry_list

Do they ship directly? Even for oversized items like wheels?

Buyee is a proxy bidder for yahoo Japan auctions. Some items are direct, some are via buyee's warehouse. I haven't bought anything larger than a gauge cluster off them.

Best bet for large items is to contact someone like Moonlight racing if they are still in business, they can bid for you and then send larger items in a container once they have filled it up.

Moonlight stopped dealing in used parts. They are also separate companies in NZ and Aus now.

Yeah moonlight are finished. Apparently a new outfit “empire” took over from them but they never replied to my emails. I think stacked or Jesse streeter or maybe monster in Australia are worth talking to.

Anyway. Sorry for the thread hijack
