Looking good, I got my clutch bolts from amayama. I considered ARP but didn't think I would need to touch them again for a long while so probably not worth it.

These were around $1 each. And only need 14ft lbs of torque so ARP would be overkill. Like I said, purpose was because of the timeline I'm working with rather than missing or damaged bolts.

I've been busy with a large landscaping project. A concrete driveway finally! So poor old ELMO has been stuck in the garage because there was a massive drop at the front entrance. All the dust from digging, well, you get the idea! Today he comes out of the garage for a well needed wash.

First wash on the new driveway. So happy to have it back out with the Advans on. Much cleaner!

It may have 420,000km on it, but it still runs and rather well. No oil leaks either!
It's just a little slow now I've had the car almost 14 years.

When swapping a GEN4 3SGTE in the SW20 you need to remove the Caldina ECU brackets and swap them for the MR2 ECU brackets. This only has 2 installed unlike the MR2 which has 3. There are provisions for extra mount points on the Caldina ECU under the black tape. It also appears the MR2 ECU has a few extra mounting screw holes too. However due to the height of the Caldina ECU you can't use the 3rd bracket on top.

This is an old 3SGTE ECU I have but it's the same as the 3SGE ECU casing in my car. 3 mounts to take off and swap to the GEN4 3SGTE. Unfortunately only 2 are used.

Remove the Caldina brackets and install the MR2 brackets. Test fit to an MR2 firewall I prepared earlier. Thanks to Mo for the firewall cut. It has its uses.

As you can see under the black tape are 2 holes for the 3rd mount but the ECU is too tall to use it. I may make a custom one to mount it more securely. Minor adjustments to the existing bracket.
