1000HP & 850lb-ft Torque 2AR

Post by lasersooby »

Hi MR2 Junkies,

For anyone that is interested, checked these links out for the insane development of the 2AR engines:

http://www.speedhunters.com/2013/04/pap ... racing-tc/

https://engineswapdepot.com/?p=24781

And if you want parts to do the swap in its much quieter form, check out Marc's website. Just for your information, Marc (Gouky) has done a significant amount of work around the MR2 re-power and a very straight shooting guy, incredible to deal with and nothing is a problem. If he has an answer, he will provide you with it, if he does not have the answer, he will let you know and will come back once he has something even at times when he cannot find anything, he will let know so that you are not hanging waiting for answers.

Several members on this forum have had dealings with Marc and you can find out from them what it is like to deal with Marc.

Some of the power levels reached with small engines are insane. Just goes to show the only substitution for cubic inches is cubic technology!

I'm fine leaving this thread under general category. Thanks for posting.
