That first one is of a gate I have never seen open. I forget how the gates and spill ways were set up.

My boss got stuck on the south side of the Rangitata river.

My new 'lawn' got washed away too. Literally washing money down the darin.

Is there a warranty on grass installation?

There's enough room down the side of the house to get a car down.
Should be concrete!!!

If you could fund it, that would be great. I haven't even put concrete on the driveway....
Just spent the last few hours fixing it up and putting down more seed.

Who else experienced damage during the storms? Wellington got hit rather hard, we had 65mm in 24 hours in Porirua. Most over about 4 hours but you'd never even know that looking around most parts of the city.
