Spotted a red turbo(?) SW20 today in Onehunga Mall.

T-top, black wing, black scoop on the left side (TOMs or TRD?), older guy driving with grey hair.. could be a club member.

Another cool SW20 spotted today at Pakuranga Auckland.

This one was grey, rev 1 (or later, with the 14"s fitted), t-top, and had Ferrari decals on each front fender. Surely a club member!

I'm the only guy in Auckland with L plates on an SW20, would be mint to see my car photographed on here, lol.

Spotted another SW20 on the Albany highway headed south earlier tonight.

I hardly see these cars around Auckland at all. I've maybe seen a maximum of 10 or 12 since I've owned mine.

Those are interesting stats. Is the year the year of manufacture or the year of first registration in NZ? Manufacturer stopped in 2007.

Saw a Red stock standard non-turbo SW20 parked in a disabled car park at KFC Westgate on Friday. I doubt a lot of disabled people drive these cars!

Revision 2 and later can't have 14's fitted as they don't clear the bigger brakes.

Thanks for the clarification Jason, tbh I don't think anyone would think the 14"s are cool enough to be fitted to a later model.

I don't want my 2 getting spotted to be staged . I think it'd be cool to get on here doing something cheeky. Like... "Red MR2 spotted on K Road, owner was rubber necking into Calendar Girls at 20km/h"

It reminds me a lot of this American racing movie I once watched on Sky, they started out with Celicas in red-silver-black and then upgraded to GT86s in the same colour.
