Hey all. As I did just purchase a barnfind mr2. Where's a good reputable place for when I order my gaskets and hoses. And what parts of the engine can I Frankenstein from a gte if needed. Cheers

Mark and Richard at Manawatu Toyota in Palmy will do a club discount which I’m pretty sure is just trade price on genuine parts, they will send all around the country. Usually just need your rego plate or model and frame number off the build plate in the frunk. Amayama is another source for genuine parts if you can wait two or three weeks for delivery. They are sometimes cheaper for more specialised parts.

Thought I would just add to this thread. My engine was alot worse than I feared and as long as next week rolls around I'll be acquiring a gen 4 3sgte that runs. Anyone ever swapped a gen 4 motor in and may be able to give me some advice cheers!

GEN4 3SGTE have been swapped in the SW20 for 20 years at least.
