What is this wiring connector for behind bumper?

I feel stupid posting this but figured it might help someone else sometime. Its been several weeks since I took the bumper off and I can't find anywhere to plug in this third wiring connector?

I'm not really an SW guy... But I believe they had an option for fog lights that turned? And it's for that? Could be quite wrong. But interested if so to find out also! :D

You are bang on Paul. For the turning function. The other 2 wire is just to power the bulb.

Thanks guys, getting (or attempting) to get a wof tomorrow. I was worried I left some parking lights unplugged or something.
