Hi all,
Now I've finished with the rebuild of my Rev3 E153 box, I'm looking to rebuild a spare Rev1 box which I had to take some replacement parts from and I know the 2nd and 3rd gear synchros are in bad shape.
I know that the synchros are different between Rev 1 and the later revisions, so if I was to repair the early box, I assume it must be possible to fit the later revision synchros, but what parts will I need to replace specifically? Has anyone here upgraded an early E153 before in the same manor?
Basically I want to make a parts list of all the stuff I'll need to replace to get it done in 1 go.
