Have you looked at doing it yourself??

Scarles sell all the connectors and hoses. That's where I went to do mine.
There is a write up here https://midshiprunabout.org/mk2/fuel-li ... ded-lines/

I followed this and it was reasonably easy.

It seems his hardline on the tank is damaged and the join between the hose and hardline refuses to come off. It needs a hardline to AN fitting repair of which I believe needs speciality tools to do?

I have seen someone actually removed the old line from the pump, and mounted a new AN fitting directly to the top of the fuel pump cover and ran a new line from there. I can't bloody remember where though

Ah yes, a bulkhead fitting completely replacing the high pressure line. How does that seal to the plate?

I think it is a simple o-ring as the fuel line from pump connects directly to base of bulkhead fitting and goes from there...
Maybe..

I have my old fuel pump hanger if you want to start again with oem. Good condition. Otherwise racerX makes an expensive billet one.

I’ve run a new supply and return line to top of pump bulkhead using AN fittings and line from NZKW in AK. For an extra $10 they will install onto their braided line as this can be tricky. When I’m on my work PC I can post a link to a thread that shows what to do.

Link to hardline fitting that uses a brass grommet to seal onto fuel line.

It seems Pirtek were able to create a new braided line using a hardline to AN fitting and a banjo fitting at the filter end.
