C60 reverse gear lock-out

Hi all, so we managed to get a C60 gbox, and have ordered (and paid for)
a shift "kit", but unfortunately their supplier is out of stock of reverse gear lock-outs for
a couple of months :cry:
I have found the outer part of one thru Amayama, (probably could have got all the bits off them, but
didn't know about them then!), do any of you know if we can re-use the guts
(the spring, mainly) out of our C60 (or C56) reverse lock-out plz?
