Simon's AW11
so ive finally decided to make a ride thread on my White AW11.
I bought the car in early 2012 for $2500, manual, 16v 4age, sunroof,1984
she came with a few nice goodies, cobra lows, pioneer headunit, oil catch can,big bore, sports steering wheel and some nice Tom's C3R's
straight away i replaced the worn out shocks with new kyb's which made her handle like a dream
the car went hard for a good year until i took it to my Grasskana where it ate dust all day long and i shot the piston rings and more
since then shees been laid up in the garage. a year earlier i had purchased a freshly rebuilt 4age, new pistons bearings seal's gaskets studs etc etc. it now seemed like the perfect opportunity to drop it in.
along the way i have also acquired
a set of Original goods dished 15's
a set of MRP coilover's
momo steering wheel
Aerotech front lip
silicone vacuum hose
carbon fibre exhaust wrap
im sure im missing some stuff
i also plan to paint her Mazda 2 green ( V green )
the aerotech lip i got needed some repair work
finally getting round to dropping old engine out a month ago
last week finally moved motor out form under car
installed coil-overs and OG rims looking low even off the ground
removed all the rubbish blankets on the firewall and polished up all the paint in the engine bay looking sharp!
started moving things over to my new 4age from old motor. looking so sharp
what's next tomorrow will tell !!

Grasskarna was decnt in ChCh as flt paddocks with no rocks. Our events do damage to cars in Central.

Re: Simon's AW11
That looks really good. Hopefully it stays stuck to the lip better than mine. Although I used one single piece to wrap mine and my lip has indents making it different to yours.
