Was it stolen and someone crashed it or was it too wet? regardless you should jump off the 14s onto 15s or bigger and get some grippier tyres!

Nah, haha just got a bit tired and took a trip into a ditch... And really don't have the money for some new rims atm, but it has 3 brand new tires.
