I never got around to draining out the pipe and inspecting it. It is currently unregistered and without WOF. I don't actually have a place to work on it since we have a shared carpark and bodycorp rules that prevent me. Circumstances have led me to look to sell and then hopefully one day buy another. Should anyone want it I please message me.
I wanted to say thank you to everyone for the advise along the way. It was very much appreciated, the support let me do things I would have never imagined doing!
