The height they specify will be fine for your car being a GEN4. They were already low from factory so it might not drop that far. 20mm max maybe. The early cars are 20-30mm higher than your car so that is where the additional height comes from. 50% off all SW20s were GEN1 with 4WD height suspension.

As for spring rates
Front 130lbf/in is 2.321Kgf/mm or 22.76N/mm. TRD in comparison is 29.4 N/mm
Rear 240lbf/in is 4.285Kgf/mm or 42.03N/mm TRD is 53.9N/mm for soft and 60.8N/mm for hard.

According to sources on the internet stock is 130ibf/in front and 210ibf/in rear but have a linear rate where these springs are not linear like most aftermarket springs.

So putting the springs on will make the ride firmer and drop it a little bit?

So unfortunately after all my efforts in fixing this car. It still leaks oil like a sieve.
As much as I love this car I think its time to hedge my bets and sell the car.
It [Expletive Deleted] sucks but I cant afford to keep trying fixes and buying oil on my student budget

That's a shame considering how much work you have done and one would think that this is a rather simple fix. Have you had any experienced mechanics look at the crank oil seal issue?

I'm going to try and get the lower timing cover off and see where its leaking from again, but at the moment I cant afford to take it to a mechanic, hence doing all the work myself. Fortunately my situtation changed a litle bit since the last update, in that I have access to another car at the moment, so I can justify trying a couple more fixes. Heres hoping
