I can tell you what needs to stay. AFM cars are a pain as they need to retain quite a bit to make them happy. But you can simplify it.
Yeah I'll have a look around and play sometime soon. Basically I think there's a few valves and a canister under the intake manifold and one by the fuse box.
Obviously things like AC idle control etc can go. And I have a spare catch can I'll probably fit. Should help tidy it all up. :D

The only parts you can delete are the EVAP system.
You can vent the boost controller to atmosphere but it's bleeding metered air so it might be bad. Sure, probably everyone does it and the OEM may have done it to keep noise down.
The A/C valve on top of the engine that's shown in the last image may not work with your car anymore due to the wiring differences between REV1 and REV2 SW20s. That can be removed if you want. Just plug the port on the manifold and the orange pipes in the other 2 diagrams.

So yellow orange and green, you really need to keep in some form. Red you can remove and plug up.

The BlackRat failed on a few bulbs and one rear tyre. (Too many heavy foot street pull videos perhaps? :D )
Good time to get a bigger, better set!
Hoping to have that WOF and alignment Friday.
And get out on some runs soon!!! :D :D

Way better!
It pulled me left to right a lot. Surprise surprise!
Funnily I thought it was the rear that was the issue as I changed the subframe etc out for later rev. But I didn't touch anything on the front.

Hey guys, can someone please post a picture of their SW20 OEM temp gauge at normal operating temp?
I'm pretty sure my 3SGTE has no thermostat. But can't recall where the temp gauge should sit.
And I can't imagine a NA gauge cluster would read different with a 3SGTE temp sensor?

It should sit at the top wavy part or just below. Why you running no thermostat?

So about half way right?
I guess if I am running no thermostat it's because the engine I swapped didn't have a thermostat!
I did/haven't checked. But it seems like it doesn't have one.

Yeah half way. It will move a very small amount but that's normal. Haha, just ripped it out of one car and slapped it in without checking? No wonder my build is going to take so long, I'll replace all the external wear parts before I put it in.
