The S54 mounts can be used but the mount in the rear of the box needs to be E153 specific. You can use the S54 rubber section on the cross member though. But you really want turbo mounts with urethane inserts or full urethane replacements for the rubber part if you are putting down that much power.Im6bl wrote:Yeah I did realise that, the mounts themselves have a different part number from my understanding but the S54 ones work with the e153? That's an early open diff. Can you find the gearbox number under the clutch fork boot? It won't tell you if it is LSD but it will tell you a build date. Considering almost half of all SW20s were GEN1 there are a lot of open diffs around.
