It's only running a peak boost of about 14psi at the moment, hence the 210kw.

Is the 38mm WG add on, purely for better boost control? I have a divorced dp I was thinking about doing this to, hoping it would stop creep and maybe drop off too..

It was like this when I purchased the car. It may help, but its still not the best solution.
I'm currently running E30, and minimum boost is ~14. If we increase to E85, the extra mass flow will increase this minimum boost.
If you are having boost drop off, your compressor can't keep up and/or your exhaust side is a little "choked".

This car was running a peak of 24psi, dropping of to 21psi when I purchased it in 2010, so I know the t04e compressor can flow more than I'm currently running.
