I actually like the air walker front bumper better than the carbon fibre one, it suits the car better.

I liked the air walker front too.. But the one I was sent was not as well made as expected from a genuine JDM bumperJasonFriday13 wrote:I actually like the air walker front bumper better than the carbon fibre one, it suits the car better.
It wasn't completely symmetrical and was wider on one side than the other.

How are you finding the coilovers so far? How's the ride quality and handling?

So far so good. I haven't really driven it much since they were installed.
I've found the ride to very hard (feeling every bump on the road) but the handling is amazing.

This is true, however i'd wager one decent dip in the road at speed and the car itself will do a decent job of peeling the lip spoiler clean off the bumper.TVIS wrote:Easier to just plastidip/vinyl coat it if unsure. Can always peel off if you don't like it, and you get extra protection from the layer anywhoo

Re: mike_m's Gen 4 GT-S
with those coil overs I doubt there would be enough travel to rip the front lip offEssDub wrote:This is true, however i'd wager one decent dip in the road at speed and the car itself will do a decent job of peeling the lip spoiler clean off the bumper.TVIS wrote:Easier to just plastidip/vinyl coat it if unsure. Also keen to hear how you find these, I have a set (may be just Zeros not Zero 2's?) sitting in the garage.mike_m wrote:Replaced my worn out apexi coilovers with some new cusco zero-2 coilovers
Contemplating weither its worth going through the cert process etc, or sell them and buy some lowering springs instead.
Got any pictures of them I could compare to?

It really depends if the cars a daily driver or not.
I have found coilovers didn't last long in my daily drivers especially on NZ roads.
I had a look at your build thread and your cusco's seem to be a slightly different colour blue to mine.. If that helps.

Ah, you did have pictures work pc must have filtered them out lol.
Yeah a couple of variations.
Mr2 is purely a weekend toy, might see a bit of track time eventually. Nothing serious though.
