There are so many TRD parts and dealer options I want but just don't have the budget for them. This is the 8th TRD part and the 6th actual performance part I have on the car now.

Looks fantastic, very nice fabrication! Looks right at home, very smart without too much bling.

The welding picture turned out well
was thinking how well the camera would handle the glare

Thanks. I have some great helpers to fabricate some cool stuff for me. Yeah not too over the top for bling.
ClanFever wrote:Makes the car look far tougher, nice work
Yeah I think that too. The back just looked like it was missing something bigger. Makes the car look way more powerful than it actually is.

I turned the exposure down to compensate. I have a few more but none show the actual weld pool. Thanks again for doing this for me. :D

After a few drives I can say it is louder than stock but at 50 and 100kph under light load it's barely louder than stock. Only when you get on the throttle and the engine has load like going up hill does it start to shout. Still to test the drive home up the gorge which is long sustained throttle at 80kph in 3rd or 4th. No really annoying drone either, just that typical 3S buzz which I could still hear with the stock system but it's not that bad.

Just can't hear the intake sound anymore over the exhaust. Because race car? Sort of sounds like that and with my downshift throttle blips that have become a habit, even in the Demio, it sounds quite race car like.

Thanks. It wasn't as nice looking when I bought it but not that rough either.

TRD springs on OEM Bilstein dampers. Check out the first page for the mods list.

I may have cleaned it after you saw it but then it got dirty again from last weeks rain. The joys of a daily.

The DLUX on the tips protected it from melted road tar. Just rubber right off.
