I'm in need of new shocks, and adjustable suspension is looking like it's worth the money now.
BC is really the only affordable/quality looking coilovers available in NZ.
Who has these and what do you think?
What do you use your car for?
My main use is track/play days. Weekend fun... And I like to take it to work on Fridays

Was looking into shock inserts but they're about the same price.
Yellow speed look too cheap, and tein too expensive.
I have an old set of ohlins but they're very expensive to rebuild and outdated.
What's y'all thoughts?

Not used them in any of my cars as yet Tom but for what it's worth I have met a number of blokes over the years who ran BC Gold's in their cars (both AW and SW) and I've always heard good things about them, never bad. Plenty of adjustment apparently to accommodate anything from a comfortable road ride to a good firm track hack setup.

Had them fitted to my gen1 (gen2 subframe) N/A car and they transformed the car .I lowered them 30 mm from memory.
Removed them when I sold the car and have only just fitted them to my gen2 turbo .Going for a blat this weekend .Will post the results.

Part 2 .Drove the wife around on softest setting ........
No complaints .
Had them set to half way the rest of the time.

Did you have someone set them up?
I have about 2degrees camber on the front
1 degree on the rear
And toe is zero
Performed quite predictable on track, I had is sliding but was easy to correct. And that's just on blown factory shocks with springs.

Just want stiffer, lower, and slight change in camber up front

Very happy with my BCs. Thick swaybars and BCs do make for a slightly bumpier ride. If you are serious about buying them let me know and I can get them for less than retail

Yes. I have priced through redline performance which includes a pair of front endlinks.

I purchased these because my factory struts were old and tired. I had read reviews about people complaining the supplied nuts keep coming loose. I used the nuts from the factory struts due to the fact they are mechanical lock nuts. If you wish to use the supplied I would highly recommend some lock tight electrical design course. For Ride quality, there is a huge difference. I didn't turn down the damping rate. I would suggest turning it down because if you don't it rides stagecoach like. Install was straight forward and fairly easy. The rear required a 4 ft pry bar and another person. All in all, these are great!

If the koni+eibach combo is about the same then I'd recommend that since they do better on a shock dyno
