Taranaki Run to the Big Apple 9th Dec

Hi All,
The Big Waitomo 'O' Christmas Run is Saturday 9th December and will cover some amazing roads!
Meeting at the Big Apple Café just north of TK, Kawhia for lunch at some stage... This will be a big day, Saturday, but its covering some fantastic roads with cars coming from most regions!
Aucklanders are leaving the Bombays at 9am. I guess its possibly 2 hours for them, maybe a fraction longer and its just over 2 hours for us.

If anyone is interested, meet at the Gull/Uncle Bills car park between 8:40am, aiming to leave for the Apple at 9am with a view to arriving at the Big Apple just after 11am. We may have a slight wait if those north of Bombay go sightseeing on their way down so we should have time for a coffee and a snack for the road.

I'm guessing we norsemen may roll in closer to noon as we'll be coming down via SH22 (so as we're still awake when we get there).

I'll look forward to catching up with everyone that shows! Can't wait to try out that stretch of road too - I've heard it's AWesome!

Had a great day out taking some backroads up and had a good turnout too for the day after stocking up on ice cream from the Big Apple fruit shop
