Otago Run 22nd April 2018

Otago Run for April
( I hope I am not stepping on your toes Pam. I just thought that we should use this forum in case there is someone not on your email list. K.)

We had planned to head to Clarkes Junction pub for lunch but it appears it is closed now - been for sale since October 2017.

So change of plan

We will leave from Sunnyvale Stadium Car Park (just north of Fairfield) on Main South Road, so could you please assemble at 10.45 for an 11am start. We will be heading up towards Clarke's Junction, then on to Outram Hotel for lunch. Lunch is set for 12.30 is and has a cost of $15. They will provide nibbles, finger food and a cuppa. They don't normally do lunch on a Sunday so doing this especially for us, so you see numbers are essential.

If you intend to come along you will be most welcome but I MUST have confirmation of numbers by Thursday, otherwise there may not be enough food for you.

If you know of anyone who would like to join our group they would be most welcome, but as I said earlier I must have numbers by Thursday.

Kind regards

Be sure to PM the Events Otago group too then Pam, with a link to this thread (if you haven't already). That way you invite ALL MR2 owners in Otago that are known to the club (likely more than in your own email list) so you can get to know them. We've made a point of adding ALL Otago MR2 owners who found the club online to that group, so make use of it! New members are gained by inviting non members with a passion for their MR2. Goes without saying really, don't it?

100+ MR2OCNZ runs and counting... When going hard, good rubber's your best protection against unwanted accidents. Buy good tyres!
When you're nearing the end of the drag-strip and you have no 'chute, you may as well keep your foot to the floor... Live life. There ain't no second pass.
