Hi folks we have the batch available for the Xmas run to Ngawi Sunday 8th Dec. Meeting in Featherston at Adamsons Garage, leaving approx 10.30am down the twisty Western Lake Road towards Ocean beach, then turning left over the barrage gates towards Lake Ferry, then turning on to the twisty Ngawi road and heading out for a BYO BBQ lunch Sorry about the late notice but was waiting find out when we could get the batch.
If you have a portable BBQ you are welcome to bring it . MR2 club no longer funds any of this but I'll supply bread, sauce and onions You bring your meat and drinks. Cheers Gary

The weather forcast is not looking good and a southerly at Ngawi is nasty so we have a plan B if its raining and not nice.
Plan B is run to Martinbrough, out the back on the twisty Longbush rd heading towards Gladstone then Masterton and BBQ at my place as I have a large sheltered area, plenty of seating and a big BBQ.
At this stage Ngawi is all go and that is the preferred venue ....

I hear there were only a couple cars... to be fair this is probably the first Wairarapa run I can think of where it was just impossible to make it due to weather... always sunny over there, and usually okay enough to get over
I do remember one year when travelling back over the Remutaka's there was snow!
