JANUARY GATHERING.
This is not a normal run as we don't normally have a run in January.
However.....
I intend to go for a short drive north of Feilding on 1st February. I will be leaving Otaki at 1:00 pm. Those who wish to join me there wait at the Spa Pool shop, opposite the BP. I will go north via Kimberley Road and will look out for those from Levin area at the intersection of Queen St and SH 57. ( Arapaepae Rd.) and again at Shannon. People from further north can join us at the railway crossing in Feilding.
The drive (it's not a "RUN") will be short, out towards Halcombe and Marton and back, finishing with a barbecue at our place starting about 5:00 pm. If you want to join us for just the Barbecue feel free. You are most welcome, just bring something to cook, and drink if you have a sober driver. The address is:

Waerenga Road is the one with New World on the corner.
Look out for the MR2 Banner.
If you feel you may be in danger of over-drinking, bring a tent we have room for a couple.

I'm struggling to find free time at the moment but I can't say no to some of the cruise considering you're going to be in my backyard. Will see you guys at the Levin place and probably go as far as Shannon or maybe further if I have the time. Is there a chance we can do a quick park up in Shannon for some photos + a quick break for those of you coming the long way

yeah, no problems . The route etc is flexible as I have no definite plan.
That would make the Levin meeting point , SH57 / Queen St, about 1:20.and Shannon about 10 minutes or so later. About 40 minutes from there to Feilding.
