AGM - 2020 14th march 4pm North and South Island events

Hi all the AGM for 2020 has been set. - The agm starts at 4pm - more details and meeting points to be added keep your eyes peeled

The North Island are meeting at the Chelmswood Motel Taupo
250 Lake Terrace, Two Mile Bay, Taupo 3330

We have the room from 730am till 9pm - I will book my accommodation shortly once I know what the better half is doing, I may be leaving Levin on the Saturday morning so will aim to start setting up at Midday unless anyone beats me to it. They do have facilities there such as BBQ so we can either do that for Dinner, or go somewhere, depending on the general consensus.

Hi all for us south island folks i have booked us a batch for the night $10 each would be appreciated to help cover the cost . It will have all facilities but bring a sleeping bag.

For CHCH folk We will meet at Halswell quarry at about 12pm spin some yarns their then proceed to take a very scenic route to accommodation in Charteris bay

For others feel free to meet us at Halswell Quarry or at the accommodation.
