With one of the most advanced 4wd dynomometers in New Zealand, a vast range of tuning and diagnostic tools, a tune file database that is probably the largest in this country, full service workshop and tyre changing and balancing machine, Torque Performance Developments have the facilities to tune and service most makes and models of cars.

For the Dyno Day
Each run vehicle costs $99 which will include 2-3 power runs and includes a dyno print out showing power, air fuel ratio and boost providing its forced induction and we have the ability to plumb our vacuum lines into the vehicle.

I haven't paid for my last dyno sesh yet. So may not be in for that as I know what it runs already.... unless I bring the rat?
I'll be keen to come along regardless.
Have you thought about perhaps some bets or prizes to make it more interesting aswell?
Probably not simple things like, most HP.
But could be closest to estimated figure.
Most entertaining run. Etc?
I haven't many ideas yet. But just thought I'd chuck that out there?

Dunce hat for who blows their engine on the dyno?

Can we have a prize for most oil leaked on the dyno? I feel like that'd be an easy win for me.

Alright alright I'll work on some prizes even if it's just the "Dick of the Dyno" or something.Great ideas guys.Just need a few more members to put on their big boy pants and bring their cars for a Dyno run.

Do we know what height the dyno is off the ground and whether they have ramps to take lowered cars?

Hi Nick.

The Dyno is level with the ground as it's built into a pit so should be no trouble for lowered cars at all.

Be great to get a post on Auckland MR2 site.I do have a Max number so it will be first in first served. It will be great to see MN5TR again but be good JST to catch up as well.
