Leave 5.15 for Meremere and watching some really good drag wars. We can park together and who knows some of you might even want to break out your big boy pants and throw your whips down the strip

NIGHT SPEED DRAG WARS 4
Round 4 of the 2020/2021 Night Speed Drag Wars series sees us return with a Saturday night meeting.

Gates open 5pm – $20 gate entry, kids under 12 FREE
Race entry opens 530pm to 830pm – $40 race entry (total of $60 to race incl gate entry)
Racing starts – 630pm

As with previous seasons, the Night Speed Drag Wars series caters to Street Legal vehicles only. All vehicles need to have current WOF and Registration. Racers must have a helmet and a minimum Restricted License for a car driver and if you’re a biker, you can race on a Learner License as long as your bike is on the LAMS approved motorbike list (just like the road rules). Ensure your battery is securely fastened/tied down and if you have a rotary vehicle that you have a scatter blanket/shield. Lastly, in all classes except King of the Street, you can run D.O.T approved street legal drag tyres only but any other race slick is strictly prohibited.


No passengers are allowed at these meetings.
