AGM 2022 - Auckland - Tekapo - Masterton 26th March

Its been another year and its time for another AGM. This year we hope to add some more value to the clubs membership attend to find out more and have your say.

The position of President is up for nomination this year. feel free to nominate yourself or someone you think would be a good fit.
Christchurch area Coordinator is also up for grabs. I Simon, Nominate Hayden Broadhurst

This year we have 3 locations organized.

Auckland
Mike P is booking a Motel meeting room (Motel TBA)

Lower north
Will be held at Gary's (treasurers place in Masterton)
70a Harley street
He will have a BBQ etc on the go and has some good road to show people.

South Island
We are meeting in Tekapo at a house we have booked out for the weekend.
For those coming from Christchurch meet at 10am for a 1015am departure at the NPD in Rolleston.
For those coming from elsewhere we are at 1 Sealy Street, Lake Tekapo, Canterbury 7999, New Zealand
their are 6 beds and some vague floor space $50 per head for the night's stay. (please book a bed in with Simon)
We typically have AGM then either head out for a dinner in town then spend the evening on the turps spinning yarns.
The accommodation is super close to 'the' church we can likely do some super neat astro photography with cars.
If the lake is low enough i know of a fantastic location for some "car control"

AGM starts at 3pm
Please aim to arrive 30 mins prior.

AGM Meeting Masterton. 26th March 70a Harley Street Masterton Meeting starts at 3.00pm. BBQ after the meeting

For those that are keen we can do a run out to the East of Masterton on some quite twisty roads before the AGM.
Meeting at 70a Harley street at 1.00pm or just coming to the meeting arrive around 2.30 ish.

Sunday 27th March For those staying or arriving, a run the next day to Castlepoint and lunch at the Whakataki pub.
Meeting 10.30 ish at Pack N Save carpark Queen Street Masterton
