No, our normal club runs are very civilised. The Thusday night thing was just being looked at to see if it was a scene that our members were interested in as some people said there was a regular gathering. Can't really bag it untill you see for yourself . But from several reports I personally don't think it is anything the club should officially be engaged in. But remember, not all the members of this forum are members of the MR2OC NZ and we have no say in what events they may choose to attend anywhere in the country.

thanks john, I would be very keen to do "something" other than the once a month thing , whether is be a night out or a "car" day where we help some one with thier car or something............I dont know.......just a suggestion
thanks mate
I just re-read your post man .............
I did not mean to imply that the runs were a madhouse, but that the thursday night hang out at lower hutt was a madhouse and that I was thinking of trying the toyspeed one in wellington and I was hoping that that thurday night gathering was not as bad.
PS when I suggested a another activity "other" than the run I did not mean instead of but in addition to the monthly run..................
just wanted to clear that up...........................

Meets
I'll be at the Toyspeed Meet on Thursday.....
.....and so will Pies....eh pies?...Pies?.....PIES!!!!
I normally got to the Hutt one, just to look at radical sillyness and some stunning lookers.
It only gets to affect the juniors who the police try to catch there.
Actually, they are very sneaky, by closing down on the park at 09:45, creating a massive backlog, and then bouncing the L drivers for being there out of hours - "Nice".
