The Great Northern Invasion - Part 1

Post by Dennis th'Menace »

With only 10 sleeps to go, the final plans for TGNI are sorted - probably. As a great way to kick off "Aunty" Lesley has organised a photo oppurtunity in Kawerau on the morning of Tuesday February 1st. The local authorities have agreed to close off one of the streets and it will be a most impressive sight. :o

To be part of this one you need to be in Kawerau, ready to go, by 7:45 Tuesday morning. Please could anyone intending to take part in this advise either Lesley McLeod or myself before, say Friday 28th January.

See you there :)

Invaders,

In the immortal words of Iron Maidens Bruce (Air Raid Siren ) Dickensen,

Hell and Fire are spawned to be released.............

And so we plan and plot..... to invade the villages on the way to the loading of the giant canoes.

Look out coz, Fun Luvin Cwiminals are coming your way.

And sadly only one warrior will leave the Waikato to hunt rape and pillage.

Hmmmmmmmmmm

Pillager of da villagers!!!

Post by VQwikMR2Driva »

"Tis I, oh trusted bretheren......... returned from dale and mire, soiled by the toils and spoils of ...................."

A shake down run!!!!

The trusty red steed is sounding very noisy across the top again.

Me thinks that buying a certain GENIII motor currently listed at $1600 may be the best thing my leathal weapon could have. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Oh well - if it breaks, it breaks - I'll still have time for sex and rock and roll.

Smidgen of decency left in the old man yet.

What.

Well folks, the final details are falling into place, at last.

The Wellington Dinner will be at a place called the Quarter, located on Dixon Street, off Willis in CBD of Wellington. This is a New Orleans flavour, according to my spy. Dinner is for 7:30/8:00 ish, and I'll fling more details at the forum as I get them.

Big Thank You to all who responded to the call for suggestions, without your emails I'd begin to think that Wellingtonians really were asleep

Seriously, thanks all, looking forward to meeting you next week.
