How to post pics - the easy way

I've set up a test copy of the board at https://mr2.org.nz/forum2/phpbb3. Please see if that testing version works

Testing version works on my old 4S with no iOS software updates and Safari browser. It wasn't working on the main forum last night so that's a good sign.
Portrait photos still go sideways but that is another issue that can be solved by clicking on the image to load to full version.

I've heard a few people are still struggling to upload photos when they post

The easiest way is to upload them to your post, as you post it - this is the way you do it on a Computer, however it is almost exactly the same when using a mobile phone (the file browsing is the only difference). Again, the easiest way to do this is to browse the photos on your computer, click and then drag the photo to your internet browser, and into your post. If you struggle with this, there is another way that may make it easier.

Click on the Attachments tab below (next to options)

You then need to browse to your photo and select it (basic knowledge of file exploring and management is required, there are a few tutorials around that can show you the basics. https://www.howtogeek.com/404740/get-he ... indows-10/ could be useful)

Once you have done this, it will upload and you have succeeded.

From here, you could upload more photos. If you do nothing else, the photos will upload at the bottom of your post. If you click "Place inline it will instead, put the images in your post (useful if you want to show what you are describing or to order the uploads correctly).
