Security Changes for the Members Only Section

I have added a new feature to the Forum, an RSS Feed Agregator (See Announcements)
Because of this, I have had to hide the Members Only Section from unregistered guests on the forum (otherwise the RSS agregator just listed all the posts).
Becuase if this, if you have't logged into the forum, you won't see the Members Only section to click on. You will have to login first. You will however still be prompted to logon if following a link in a mail or from some other part of the forum.
