New forums for specialist areas

3 New forums have been created, with the same permissions and rules as the General Forum, but allows people looking for more specific information on any particular model of MR2 a more focus place to post.
The General Forum remains for regular chit-chat, postings that cross the boundry between models, etc.

Also your avatars can now be larger, up to 160x160 pixels, but still limited to 6k to keep it fair for dial-up useers
