30 litres is a large (and heavy) amount to carry around. Think my A2W system holds 5 litres including the HE, reservoir and IC. In the second picture of the heat exchanger, back on Thu Jun 28, 2018 9:43 am, is that a felt pen mark where the heat exchanger mounts to the radiator - or a crack in the aluminium tank?

Pen mark, have pressure tested them so no leaks.

Just need to attach the water meth tank and pump and then will have one unit I can remove if I want and keep most of my boot space. Very happy with this so far, I know some people will be unhappy with the weight added but remember that it's not a racecar and the added HP should more than make up for the weight, I also wouldn't expect it to hurt too much considering the 2GR is lighter than the 3S

I don't think you'll be that much heavier afterwards, maybe you'll have less extra weight than carrying around a passenger.

That's a fair amount of added weight to the trunk space. 30-40kg for A2W system and then another 5-10kg for the WI set-up. While it will help with traction it does increase the chances of oversteer should the back end step out on you. HE and lines will add another 15-20kg for A2W supply. Shouldn't have any issues with keeping the air charge cooled down. Beautiful work by the way. Wish I could weld like that.
In comparison, this is the reservoir I installed for my A2W which holds approx. 3 litres. Pump is next to reservoir and HE below trunk.

It's only ~5% of the total weight though. Remember less ~10kg for 2GR, less another few for the air intercooler he would have had too.

Oh I like the radiator setup you have at the back of it and aluminium isn't the easiest to weld so yours actually looks really good.
The thought with the larger water tank was that the intercooler is small so to Keep it efficient need to make sure the water doesn't heat soak. Hopefully as I don't have a spoiler and have removed A/C that it won't add too much over all weight. Having the weight that far out may cause me some problems when it does step out will also be making sure I get the best tyres I can and not drive like an idiot.

Thanks mate I'm hoping it will be reasonably drivable??
As the turbo is over the gearbox there needs to be heaps of heat shielding so that's what is getting done atm.. also all fueling is getting moved to the opposite side of the engine bay as I don't want it all going up in smoke.
Also the oil catch can (not finished yet).
