Auckland Burger Night -South Auckland


Well ITS on !! Come along to Burgerfuel Manukau 652 Great South Road , Manukau

Tuesday 1 October 2019

Any time between 7 and 9.30 Tuesday Ist October . Come and hang out ,eat burgers and talk MR2s.

You can stay as little time or as long as you want

Just roll up as you are and quite happy for you to bring a friend. They tell me that Burgerfuel now even have A Vegan burger so theres something for everyone,

RULES AND THE BORING STUFF!! (Borrowed from Old School)

Basically these are in place so we have a fun and friendly meet and leave the carpark clean and tidy like we were never there.
• Take your rubbish away with you or put it in a bin, Use the public bins
• You are welcome to invite mates, but please note you are 100% responsible for your and their behaviour.
• NO Skids or Reckless/Dangerous driving
• Park in a proper carpark! If its full then just use a bit of common sense and try not to park too many people in.
• Don’t make excessive noise / rev engines, idle for extended periods in surrounding streets.
• Dont be a dick


Park outside in front of the Burgerfuel If you dont like Burgers there's other choices within easy reach

Hey Mike, I have a new boy due any day now. But if I was going to sneak out for an MR2 event soon this would be the best option! Plus I just got the BlackRat running again. So will try and see you there!

You were missed Paul. Good night though it's hard to have a bad night eating burgers.Great to meet 3 new owners and see their cars.

I bailed a little early as I was in in a bit of pain.

Second time breaking down? This week maybe! Lost my clutch on Sunday due to a broken hardline. Had to start the car in 1st and rev match to get home. Easy fix though. Just trimmed the line and made a new flare, bled. All okay
And this is why I have my own trailer!

Glad a few came out and it was a good night! Thanks for organising it Mike.
Luckily the cars final resting place was outside a pub. So once we got the trailer and had it loaded up my brother and I had beer and pizza!

Once I get the bugs worked out of the Rat and things settle down at home I'll organise another run.

What makes you think that?
I'm actually doing a write up on how to replace a small alternator on a 89-93 GEN2 3SGE manual. Just need a few more photos and I can post it up.
