FB is actually quite nice for managing events and is probably the primary way the young owners get MR2 news. I'm just worried about Simon's workload...
I agree, FB is excellent for spreading the word about an event. As long as you know what you're doing with it, which I don't.
Like I said if one or two FB users glance here once in a while and then spread the word on FB all would be well.
I'm looking to have a good day out on this run, and to try to put a smile on a few other faces like back in the day. I'll do my bit
(not that I have any obligation anymore these days) but beyond that, it's up to everyone else to make or break it. Thankfully in the past, it's always been the attendees that have made each event a success, thanks to their great attitudes and super-wide grins. That's what always kept me organising runs back when it was one of my responsibilities (as AC). I got a buzz outta them getting a buzz.
Be there people. Get out and have some fun. And if I see you enjoying yourself I might sort another run for ya... Fair deal?

100+ MR2OCNZ runs and counting... When going hard, good rubber's your best protection against unwanted accidents. Buy good tyres! When you're nearing the end of the drag-strip and you have no 'chute, you may as well keep your foot to the floor... Live life. There ain't no second pass.
